Cecelia C. Hill, CPA, MTA, Voted to
Board of Directors
for Beason & Nalley, Inc.
 Huntsville, AL – May 20, 2011 — Beason & Nalley, Inc. officially announces that Cecilia C. Hill, CPA, MTA, has been voted to Beason & Nalley’s Board of Directors. Ms. Hill joined Beason & Nalley in 1990 and specializes in business taxation and has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, trust and estates, and not-for-profit taxation. Her experience includes working with clients specializing in government contracting, real estate development, medical and professional groups, retail and wholesale businesses, farms, manufacturers and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Hill has worked extensively on employee incentive plans, specifically for our government contractors, and has assisted with several mergers and acquisitions, helping our clients to achieve the most advantageous financial outcome. Ms. Hill also manages our cost segregation practice.
Ms. Hill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, Women in Defense and The National Defense Industrial Association.
