Michael J. Woeber , CPA, Director
 Mr. Woeber specializes in corporate and partnership taxation and mergers and acquisitions. He is the manager of the business tax group and is the firm’s CFO. His experience includes clients in the following areas: government contractors, manufacturers, technology and health care.
Mr. Woeber is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Past President of the Huntsville Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.
- Earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of West Florida
- Became a CPA in 1991
- Joined Beason & Nalley, P.C. 1998
- Former tax manager with Ernst & Young and a regional CPA firm
- Became a shareholder of Beason & Nalley, Inc. in 2001
