Donald W. Nalley, Jr., CPA, CVA, AM, ABV, Director
 Mr. Nalley specializes in business value planning, small business valuation and litigation consulting. He has been a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) since 1993, and was asked to serve on the NACVA Advisory Board in 1994. Mr. Nalley is the past president of NACVA Alabama State Chapter and is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other industry specific organizations.
- Earned a Bachelor of Science degree - magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a major in Accounting with honors from the Department of Accounting
- Became a CPA in 1980
- Became a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner in 1987
- Received Certified Valuation Analyst designation in 1993
- Received the Accredited Member (AM) designation in the American Society of Appraisers in 2002
- Former tax manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
- Joined Beason & Nalley, P.C. in 1984
- Became a shareholder of Beason & Nalley, Inc. in 1986
